Sea-rescue NGOs cut ties with Libyan rescuers over abuses

Thirteen sea-rescue NGOs have established the "Justice Fleet" after suspending cooperation with Libya’s rescue coordination centre over allegations of serious human rights abuses, including forced labor and torture.
